In particolare è vietato:

  • molestare, minacciare, discriminare o insultare altre persone;
  • pubblicare contenuti sessualmente espliciti, violenti o illegali, o foto di altre persone senza il loro consenso;
  • offrire o chiedere prestazioni sessuali, servizi a pagamento, sostanze illegali;
  • usare Minuit per pubblicità, vendita di biglietti o tavoli, attività di promoter o raccolta di contatti, se non autorizzati da noi;
  • creare profili falsi, impersonare altri, inviare spam o usare sistemi automatici;

11. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini.

Terms of service

Effective 7 October 2026

Draft: the details in square brackets must be completed and the text reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. Who we are and what Minuit does

Minuit is a service run by [COMPANY NAME OR FULL NAME], [ADDRESS], [VAT / TAX NUMBER] (“we”). Minuit lets groups of adults post their nights out (tables or tickets at nightlife venues), ask to join other groups’ nights and organise in chat.

Minuit doesn’t organise events, book tables, sell tickets or handle payments. Arrangements between groups (such as the price per person in the Participant formula) concern only the users involved: we are not a party to them.

2. Who can use Minuit

  • You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms.
  • One account per person, with true details: name, date of birth and photos must be your own.
  • You can’t use Minuit if we have previously suspended or removed you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens with your account: keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

4. Your crew

You can add friends without an account to your crew by entering their name, age and gender. You confirm they are adults, that they agree, and that they will really take part in the nights you post on behalf of the crew.

5. Rules of conduct

By using Minuit you accept the Community guidelines. In particular, you may not:

  • harass, threaten, discriminate against or insult anyone;
  • post sexually explicit, violent or illegal content, or photos of other people without their consent;
  • offer or request sexual services, paid services or illegal substances;
  • use Minuit for advertising, selling tickets or tables, promoter activity or collecting contacts, unless we authorise it;
  • create fake profiles, impersonate others, send spam or use automated systems;
  • try to bypass security measures or access other people’s data.

6. Content you post

It stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence, limited to the life of your account, to store it and show it to other users as the service requires. You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload, especially photos.

7. Safety on nights out

Meet people in public places, drink responsibly and respect the venue’s rules. We don’t systematically verify users’ identity: the “ID verified” badge appears only when a check has been done. We are not responsible for users’ behaviour offline or for what happens at venues.

8. Reports, moderation and suspension

You can report or block a group at any time. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, informing you where possible.

9. Availability

Minuit is free. We do our best to keep it running, but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, including for maintenance. Maps and venue search rely on third-party services based on OpenStreetMap.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage arising from arrangements or meetings between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law grants consumers.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we’ll tell you in the app with reasonable notice; continuing to use Minuit after they take effect means you accept them. You can always delete your account.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by [Italian] law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rights of your country of residence and the jurisdiction of your local courts remain unaffected. Questions: [EMAIL DI CONTATTO].
